Linguist Screening

La crème de la crème

Our translation, interpreting, multicultural marketing, voice talent, and multilingual production teams are comprised of the most qualified and experienced language professionals worldwide.

We would not have it any other way!

We only work with the best

At ìntränsōl, we carefully screen and evaluate our language associates to ensure that each linguist's work is up to our high-quality standards. Our evaluations are designed to serve our clients' overall interests with specialized translation and interpretation needs.

The benefits of the rigorous linguist selection process of ìntränsōl:

  • We can evaluate the specific skills, areas of expertise, and educational backgrounds of our linguists with subject-specific tests to ensure that projects are appropriately assigned to translators and editors with proven expertise in your industry.
  • Our evaluation process validates our linguists' qualifications using a method that is highly reliable and quantifiable.
  • We can continually and periodically assess our linguists' abilities and qualifications as they acquire new skills, education, and experience.
  • Our evaluation process helps our linguists understand and abide by our professional ethics, methodologies, codes of conduct, and specialized approaches.
  • Liability concerns are significantly reduced through the appropriate allocation of language resources.

To be included in the ìntränsōl roster of preferred linguists, all candidates must:

  • Be native speakers of the target language to which they translate.
  • Have at least five (5) years of professional translation experience to be considered as one of our lead translators or two (2) years to be one of our secondary translators or proofreaders.
  • Provide proof of educational background and work history.
  • Provide three professional translation references from clients familiar with their work.
  • This shows that they return and spend at least one month every two years in their native country.
